At Indumukhi, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our policies are designed to provide a smooth and hassle-free experience while maintaining high product quality and service standards.
We accept returns only for products that are damaged or defective. At present, we do not offer returns or refunds for any other reasons. A full replacement will be provided if the product is damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Eligibility for Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and also we will communicate with you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Returns or exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:
- Damaged products.
- Wrong product received.
- Wrong size received (not the size you ordered).
Note: Minor manufacturing defects like loose threads, slight color differences due to photographic effects, or other minor imperfections do not qualify for returns or replacements.
Reporting Issues
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. send us an email at indhumukhi2024@gmail.com and send your item to: indhumukhi designs kolenchery po puthuppanam.
Process for Returns/Exchanges
- Shipping Returns: Indhumukhi does not provide a return pickup facility. Customers must ship the product back to our address at their own expense.
- Replacement Timeline: Free replacement will be provided within 7 days if the product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund and Cancellation
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been inspected and approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. - Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled. - Ship the product back within 7 days of approval. For international shipments, the buyer bears the shipping and customs costs.
